Terms & Conditions
General
All orders are charged in GBP and any refunds are made in GBP. All goods supplied by us remain the property of the vendor until such time as they are paid for in full. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to us within 5 days of the delivery date All products shown on this website may vary slightly from the images. Orders will only be sent once payment has been received. We cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information or declined credit cards. We cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by Industrial Action or other major event which is beyond our control.
Shipping
All our items are made to order. Our products are carefully packed and usually shipped within 7 Working days of the order being placed. The cost of delivery is shown is for UK mainland deliveries only. We post by a recorded and insured postal method. Delivery to other destinations will be subject to an extra charge. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain countries.
Returns Policy
All our thongs are made to order and are non returnable unless faulty. Due to health reasons thongs/lingerie are non returnable. If you have received an item and it is damaged simply return the item unworn and in it's original packaging and complete with tags attached within 7-days of receipt and with your invoice/packing slip, and we will arrange a refund. Once the item has been received, your refund will be processed. Parcels should be returned via some form of recorded service. The customer is responsible for the goods until they are signed for at our depot. Items must be returned by recorded delivery before receiving the item.
Please contact us before returning your item for the correct return address, as all returns not recorded will NOT be processed.
Delicious Thongs Company are not liable for any postage costs, loss or damage of returned goods, therefore we advise an insured and signed for delivery method such as Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery Service. For reasons of hygiene, briefs/knickers, thongs will not be refunded (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Great care is taken to make sure your purchase reaches you in perfect condition. If for some reason the item arrives and seems to be damaged, email us immediately, stating the order reference given and we will arrange a replacement.
